About the Photographer
Hey it’s ME!
My name is Katie Heidelberger, I am a proud wife and Dog Mom!
Started Young
As far back as I could remember I have had a camera in my hand. I enjoyed taking pictures of just about everything. I always felt more comfortable behind the camera than in front of it.
Left and Came Back
For a while I walked away from photography left my camera behind and pursued a career in the medical field. After working in the medical field for 5 years I learned that it just wasn’t for me.
Finding My Passion… AGAIN
In fall of 2020 my, now husband, and I sat down and went through some of the pictures I took before I walked away. His comment was “Babe, these are like really good. Why did you stop?”
My response was “Well, I didn’t think there was a career in photography and I wanted to be able to provide for my future.”
My Portfolio
In 2021 I decided, with some encouragement from my husband, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue photography full time!
Now that I am back in photography and trying to pursue it as a career and not just a hobby I am really working on building a name for myself.
